As long as the gift is unused, we'll exchange it or refund your money. Just replace the gift in its original packaging, including any paperwork and follow the simple steps in our Returns Policy.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders ship within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for delivery depending on the shipping method you choose.

How will my order be shipped?

We offer five shipping options for delivery within the USA. - Ground, 3-day, 2-Day, Overnight, and Saturday Delivery. We use UPS for domestic shipping.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs are determined by shipping method, weight, and destination at the time you place your order. Your order total will show the shipping charges before the order is placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipments are shipped by DHL and are subject to duty, regulations, and rates based on country destination.

A sales tax of 6% is added to all orders shipped to North Carolina addresses. Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to gift recipients outside of North Carolina.

Yes. You can choose to have any gift wrapped when adding an item to you shopping cart for a small fee.
